APUIAML

Andhra Pradesh Urban Infrastructure Asset Management Limited (APUIAML) is an unlisted Public Company, is a joint venture of the Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP) and IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd (“IIML”). GoAP holds 49% stake in the venture and IIML) holds 51% stake. APUIAML was formed vide MAUD GO Ms. No.132 dated 24.05.2016 with the objective of attracting investment for financing and management of the urban infrastructure projects in the State. Since its inception, APUIAML is involved to assist GoAP in preparing and structuring infrastructure projects in urban, industrial, social and tourism sectors on commercially viable models, as well as raise financial resources for the respective ULB’s and their projects through AP Urban Development Fund (APUDF) or financial institutions.

In addition, APUIAML also practices engaging sub consultancies depending on the nature, complexities, volume, and timeframes of the projects.

Chairman APUIAML

An Innovative Institutional Framework created to bridge the financing requirements for urban development in the State of Andhra Pradesh and introduce end-to-end Project Delivery along with institutional Capacity Building.

Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP), has set up a special financial intermediary in the name and style “Andhra Pradesh Urban Infrastructure Asset Management Limited (APUIAML)”. The organization was formed in the year 2016 Vide G.O. Ms No.132 MA&UD (UBS) Department. GoAP holds 49% stake in the venture and IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd (“IIML”), a 100% subsidiary of IL&FS Group holds 51% stake.

APUIAML is governed by the Board of Directors, which is headed by the Chief Secretary, Government of Andhra Pradesh as Chairman, along with Special Chief Secretary, MA&UD Department, GoAP, Principal Finance Secretary, GoAP, Directors from IIML and Independent Director as other Board of Directors.
